WATER WORKOUT WITH AN OCEAN VIEW

One of the biggest draws to the Indonesian island of Bali is the soothing, ever-present rhythm of the Indian Ocean.  The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Thalasso & Spa in Jimbaran Bay has found an ingenious way to tap the ocean’s renewing qualities with the world’s largest Aquatonic® seawater therapy pool and an impressive menu of rejuvenating treatments and holistic body experiences. This is THE destination point of the resort’s spa.

The Aquatonic® seawater therapy pool guides you through an exercise course of 14 hydro massage stations using the pool's therapeutic jet streams, micro-bubbles and geysers to rehabilitate injured muscles, to relieve stress and for relaxation. Your reward for completing the course is relaxing in a warm and bubbly super-sized Jacuzzi overlooking picturesque Jimbaran Bay.  It’s happy hour for the body and the senses.

The stations include:

Cross Current Walking Corridor – Jets placed at different heights on each side of the corridor.
Geysers – High-pressure underwater jets placed on a wall that rises from the bottom of the pool. Used lying or sitting down.
Jet Pool – Jets placed at different heights for an all over body massage.
