Summary:  A true rainforest retreat.  The architecturally stunning resort is built on a hillside overlooking the Wo River and tropical jungle of the Ubud region of Bali.  Private treatment villas are open to the elements and connected by wooden piers over a large lily pond.  Spacious Interiors are modern in design using native materials such as hardwoods for flooring and quarried stone for the deep soaking tubs.  The treatments were well-executed and unhurried.  Two post-treatment shower choices are available- in an enclosed steam shower or outside in a secluded spot under a waterfall style fixture. Spotlessly clean, well-stocked amenities and skilled spa technicians made it an almost perfect experience.  While the vegetation surrounding the villa outside offered plenty of privacy, nearby construction activity pierced the quiet and almost drowned out the indoor spa music.
